There are no refunds for one on one lessons and group lessons. Payment(s) can be credited for future lesson(s) if the scheduled lesson(s) are canceled. Client must notify Tasha of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. If Tasha cancels any lesson(s) she will work with the client(s) to schedule the next available time and date that the lesson can be given.
Company clients will make a non-refundable deposit to secure time and dates for their classes/events. The deposit will only be refunded if Tasha fails to deliver services on the agreed time and date. Therefore, Tasha will notify the company of any cancellation at least 1 week in advance. If the company cancels the class/event the deposit will not be refunded. However, any additional payment will be returned if the cancellation is at least 7 days in advance. If the cancellation is made in less than 7 days in advance the payment will be credited toward future lessons/events.
